Pets Rain - Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pets Rain (the "Game"), provided by KungApp ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. About the Game

Pets Rain is a free-to-play match-3 puzzle game featuring cute pets. The Game is free to download and play. It shows advertisements and offers optional in-app purchases of virtual items. Some features, such as the coin leaderboard and purchases, require an internet connection.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to agree to these Terms in your country, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian should review these Terms and approve any in-app purchases.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

• The Game includes virtual items such as coins, boosters, extra moves, and lives ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or sold outside the Game.
• You receive a license to use Virtual Items within the Game; you do not own them. We may change Virtual Items, prices, and offers at any time.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Except where required by law or by Google Play's refund policy, purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests should be made through Google Play.
• Game progress and Virtual Items are stored on your device. If you uninstall the Game, clear its data, or change devices, they may be lost and we may not be able to restore them. If a paid item was not delivered, contact us with your order number and we will help.

5. Advertising and Rewards

The Game displays ads provided by third parties. Some ads are optional "rewarded" ads that grant an in-game reward after you watch them. Rewards depend on ad availability, and we do not guarantee that an ad will always be available. Ad content is the responsibility of the advertiser.

6. Fair Play

You agree that you will not:

• cheat, use bots, or modify, hack, or tamper with the Game or its data;
• exploit bugs to gain Virtual Items or rewards, or manipulate the leaderboard;
• interfere with ads, purchases, or our servers, or bypass any restriction in the Game;
• copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Game, except where the law expressly allows it; or
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove Virtual Items, leaderboard entries, or access to the Game if you break these rules.

7. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Pets Rain Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature, including events, offers, and the leaderboard. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.

9. Intellectual Property

The Game and all of its content, including characters, artwork, sounds, music, software, and branding, are owned by KungApp or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KungApp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or Virtual Items, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. Your license ends if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
