Pets Rain - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pets Rain (the "Game"), developed by KungApp ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you play. Pets Rain is a free-to-play, pet-themed match-3 puzzle game. It is supported by advertising and offers optional in-app purchases.

1. Information We Collect

Pets Rain does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise (GPS) location. We collect the following information automatically:

• Game identifier — a random identifier created by the Game the first time it runs and stored on your device. It is not linked to your name, account, or hardware, and is sent to our server only to load the coin leaderboard.
• Purchase information — when you buy coins or bundles, Google Play gives us the product purchased and a purchase token so we can deliver your item. We never receive your payment card or billing details.

Your level progress, stars, coins, and settings are saved locally on your device. If you uninstall the Game or clear its data, this progress may be lost.

2. How We Use Information

• to run the Game, save your progress, and deliver purchased or rewarded items;
• to show the coin leaderboard;
• to show advertisements, including rewarded ads you choose to watch; and
• to prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

The Game uses the following third-party services, which may collect information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and device information under their own privacy policies:

4. Advertising and Your Choices

Ads may be personalized based on your advertising ID. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice later. On Android you can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads).

Rewarded ads are optional: you only see them when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.

5. Permissions

The Game uses internet and network-state access to load ads, verify purchases, and fetch game configuration and leaderboard data. It uses the Google Play billing permission for in-app purchases. The Game does not include a third-party analytics SDK, and it does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or GPS location.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep leaderboard request data only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may ask us to delete the data associated with your device by emailing us (see Contact below); please include the Game name and, if possible, describe your device so we can find the records. Data held by third-party ad and payment providers is governed by their own policies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. Security

Data sent between the Game and our server is transmitted over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we process.

9. Children's Privacy

Pets Rain is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date above.
